1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 7Blue Digital Agency website (7blue.co.in) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

7Blue Digital Agency provides custom software development, AI and automation solutions, cybersecurity services, design, and optimization services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements between 7Blue and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Client Work: Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project.

7Blue Property: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code, is the property of 7Blue Digital Agency and is protected by intellectual property laws. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools used in client projects remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Project Agreements

Individual projects are governed by separate project agreements that outline scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other project-specific conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

7Blue Digital Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Cybersecurity Services Disclaimer

Our cybersecurity services, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, are performed with the client's explicit authorization. We are not responsible for any disruptions that may occur during authorized testing. Our security assessments represent findings at the point in time of testing and do not guarantee complete security.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
